At Homelink Appliances, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure you are completely happy with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence

Items without original packaging or missing accessories

Installed appliances such as in-built cookers, washing machines, or air conditioners

Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

Our team will review your request and advise whether the item qualifies for replacement, repair, or refund.

Approved returns must be dropped off or sent via the specified courier (e.g., G4S) to our service center.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item and confirmation that it meets return conditions.

Refunds are processed via M-PESA or bank transfer within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If the product is available in stock, you may request an exchange for a similar or equivalent item. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Warranty Claims

Most appliances come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering factory defects. Warranty does not cover power surges, physical damage, or improper installation. For warranty service, please present your warranty card and purchase receipt.

Warranty takes a maximum of 14 working days.
