All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. Payments can be made via M-PESA, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (where applicable). Homelink Appliances reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or incorrect pricing.
Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch in case you have to pay extra.
For deliveries outside Nairobi, we use G4S, delivery fee is paid FIRST and the items paid after delivery. Delivery charges depend on the items weight and are calculated as per the couriers’ terms.
Most products come with a manufacturers or distributor’s warranty. Warranty terms vary per product. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for assessment or replacement.
Products take a maximum of 14 working days before being returned to the client.
Homelink Appliances is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or site access issues.
Customer information is collected solely to process orders and improve services. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
